We prefer vector files like .AI, .EPS, or high-resolution PDFs. Raster images like .PNG or .JPEG should be 300 DPI at actual print size, but these will still need to be vectored for screen printing. If additional work is needed to get your artwork print-ready, we will reach out.

❓Can you help with designing or cleaning up my artwork?

Yes! We offer in-house design assistance. If your artwork needs vectorizing, resizing, or cleanup, we’ve got you covered (small fees may apply).

❓What is your typical turnaround time?

Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from artwork approval and payment. Rush services are available — just ask.

❓Do you offer sample prints?

Yes — we offer physical samples for larger orders (1000+) and digital mockups for all orders. Sample policies vary by service.

❓Can I bring my own garments?

In most cases, yes. However, we are not liable for any damage to customer-supplied goods. Some materials are not compatible with certain decoration methods. Contact us to discuss this further.

❓Do you offer rush orders?

Yes — rush production is available depending on capacity and complexity. Rush fees of 20% apply.

❓What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, ACH, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, and for approved customers, purchase orders or Net 15/30 terms.

❓Do you offer returns?

Due to the customized nature of the products, we cannot offer returns. All customers will receive a digital mockup prior to production that will need to be approved. If the digital mockup differs from the finished product, we will offer to replace the garments in order to match the digital mockup.

Screen printing is ideal for bulk orders of apparel (like T-shirts, hoodies, uniforms). We offer up to 5 spot colors, but can achieve more with half-toning and 4-color process.

❓What are your screen printing minimums?

We require a 12-piece minimum per design and per garment style/color.

❓Is there a setup fee?

Yes, there is a screen setup fee per color per design, but this is waived for larger orders.

❓Can you match Pantone colors?

Absolutely. We offer Pantone color matching for consistent branding at no charge.

❓Will the ink crack or fade over time?

No — we use high-quality plastisol and water-based inks designed for durability, cured at the correct time and temperature. Proper wash care extends longevity.
